How long does shipping take for skateboard completes?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you have requested a custom build, please allow an additional 24 hours for our team to professionally assemble your board.
What is your return policy for skate hardware?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that we cannot accept returns on decks that have been gripped or built into completes.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
Are the shoes listed in US or UK sizing?
All footwear on our site is listed in UK sizing unless otherwise specified. Please refer to our size guide for international conversions to ensure the perfect fit.
What happens if my board snaps or breaks?
Skateboarding is a high-impact sport, and breakage due to heavy landings or improper use is not covered under warranty. However, if you believe your deck has a manufacturing defect like delamination, please contact us for an assessment.
