At Welcome Skate Store, we want you to be stoked with your gear, so we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused skate hardware and apparel. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original box; please ensure skate decks are not gripped and apparel is unwashed to qualify for a refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
